SunExpress Flight Cancellation Without Notice Left My Family Stranded at Kuwait Airport

SunExpress caused significant distress to me and my family. Our flight on June 30, 2024, was canceled without any prior notice, leaving us stranded at Kuwait Airport. My family was on a visitor visa, and due to the flight cancellation, I had to pay for another flight ticket out of my own pocket to leave the country. No compensation or accommodation was provided, and there was no SunExpress representative at the airport to assist us. We felt completely abandoned with no one to turn to. The first image shows the ticket I initially purchased, and the second image is the ticket I had to buy after the cancellation. We were financially and emotionally affected, especially with young children involved. I urge SunExpress to take responsibility and provide the necessary compensation for the inconvenience caused.
