I Didn’t Get My Burger King Order After Paying ₹208 via PhonePe

On April 19, 2026, at around 7:49 p.m., I placed an order through the Burger King app. The order number is 2010, and I paid ₹208 via PhonePe. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but I never received my order.

After realizing that the order was not delivered, I contacted Burger King/app support, but I have not received any response so far. I find it unacceptable that the payment was taken without providing the product or service. I kindly request a full refund of ₹208 to my original payment method as soon as possible.
