I am writing about my TikTok account with the username “fashion_conscious_zm,” which I use for business purposes. For about two months, I have not been able to access this account because I no longer have access to the phone number and email address linked to it. As a result, I cannot complete the standard login or verification steps and am effectively locked out.
I contacted TikTok support about this issue yesterday, but I have not received any response or guidance on how to recover my account. I also attempted to use the friend verification option, but I am not being given the ability for two friends to confirm my identity, leaving me stuck with no way to prove ownership. This account is extremely important because I rely on it for my business. While I am locked out, there is a risk that others could impersonate me, which could harm my reputation and cause me to lose clients and the trust I have built.
I kindly request that access to my account “fashion_conscious_zm” be restored by allowing me to verify my identity and recover it through an alternate email address, or through any other secure verification method you can provide.
