27.04.2023 at 10:50 I traveled with the Izmir - Kars flight. The nightmare started with a 35-minute delay on this flight, for which I purchased seat 6-a. It continued with the pilot not making any announcements or apologizing before takeoff. When we boarded the flight, I saw that the plane had not been cleaned when it arrived, and my disappointment increased even more. The windows of the plane were in a state of disrepair, they were not even covered with a cloth, they were literally like slime with dirt, and there was chewing gum left over from the previous flight in the pocket behind the catering seat. It was my first time flying with Sunexpress. I understand that there is a fee for refreshments, but at least people could have been offered cologne wipes. There isn't even a cologne wipe. I asked for a disinfectant wipe. I had to clean the windows of the plane myself in front of the cabin crew. The windows of the plane are dirty and muddy, there are no headrests on the seats, I have never seen such a shabby and undisciplined airline before. During the flight, the cabin crew never wandered around except to sell paid refreshments, and the pilot did not even bother to apologize for the delay, which showed how much you value people. Even though I had previously submitted complaint, the airline did not respond to me and my grievance was not compensated, the issue was not dealt with and no explanation was given.
