On September 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM, I took the SunExpress flight from Izmir to Gaziantep. Unfortunately, I found that the seats, windows, window frames, and floors were noticeably dirty. It was clear that proper cleaning standards had not been followed.
I have also noticed that such cleanliness problems have become increasingly frequent on recent SunExpress flights, which makes me worry about the airline’s overall hygiene standards.
During or after the flight, I did not report the issue directly to the cabin crew or customer service. However, I have kept photos documenting the poor conditions as evidence. My reservation number is aafayf, and the ticket cost was ₺3,378.
I request that SunExpress urgently improve its cleaning standards across its fleet and provide me with a clear explanation about this incident. As a paying passenger, I expect the airline to take hygiene seriously to ensure customer safety and comfort.
