I placed an order on Suicidehotline.com on August 18, 2024, with an expected delivery time of 17–23 business days. However, the order still hasn’t been shipped. If we calculate from the 4up drop closure date, it has been 45 business days. Instead of addressing this issue, the brand owner has disabled Instagram comments and shut down the WhatsApp group.
It’s shocking how the same issue has been affecting customers for years without resolution. Previously, delays of 2–3 days were dismissed as "business day calculations," but now there’s complete silence. I demand immediate action—ship my order or process a full refund. Ignoring customers only tarnishes your brand further. Please resolve this matter promptly.
