Suicidehotline.com Order Still Not Shipped After 45 Business Days

I placed an order on August 18, 2024, from Suicidehotline.com, and it was supposed to be delivered within 17-23 business days. However, it still hasn’t even been shipped! If we count from the closure of the 4UP drop, it has now been 45 business days, and there is still no update.
Instead of addressing the issue, the brand owner has disabled Instagram comments and closed the brand's WhatsApp group. How can a company keep treating its customers like this for years and continue getting away with it?
Normally, when delays happened, they would excuse it by saying, "It’s just business days; it feels longer than it actually is." But now? What’s the excuse this time?
I demand a clear update and immediate shipment of my order. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action and warn others to stay away from this brand!
