I placed an order with Suicide Hotline in mid-June, and despite waiting for 40 days, it was never shipped. Frustrated, I submitted a refund request, but now it’s late November, and I still haven’t received my money back. This is completely unacceptable. Taking people’s money without delivering the product or issuing a refund is wrong on every level.
