Suicide Hotline Order Not Shipped for Months and No Refund Issued
I placed an order with Suicide Hotline in mid-June, and despite waiting for 40 days, it was never shipped. Frustrated, I submitted a refund request, but now it’s late November, and I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve tried contacting them through every available channel, but they haven’t responded.
This is completely unacceptable. Taking people’s money without delivering the product or issuing a refund is wrong on every level. I won’t let this slide, and I don’t forgive them for this negligence. Suicide Hotline, I demand an immediate refund and accountability for this situation. My money is hard-earned, and I expect you to act promptly to resolve this issue.
