Suicide Hotline Order Not Delivered and Refund Still Pending
I placed an order with Suicide Hotline on September 22, and to this day, I have neither received the product nor a refund. It has been months, and my money feels like it has gone to waste.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email and WhatsApp, I have received no response. The product was supposed to be delivered within 10 days, but it seems like they manufacture items only after receiving orders, leading to endless delays.
I am demanding that they either deliver the product I paid for or refund my money immediately. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and customers deserve timely service and clear communication. Resolve this issue promptly!
