Suicide Hotline Order Delayed for 18 Days—No Tracking or Customer Support

I placed an order from Suicide Hotline on September 29, 2024, expecting delivery within 1-7 business days, as stated on their website. However, it has now been 18 days, and my order is still nowhere to be found.
I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but no one responds. Since I ordered without creating an account, I have no way to track my package. They also promised to send an email when the order was shipped, but I never received any update.
This is completely unacceptable! Suicide Hotline, provide an immediate update on my order or issue a full refund. If I don’t get a response soon, I will escalate this further. Has anyone else experienced this?
