4UP Drop Delayed My Suicide Hotline Order for Over 3 Months

I placed an order with Suicide Hotline through 4UP Drop on August 28, but my items still haven’t been shipped. It has been almost three months, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, I have received no response.
This level of disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I’ve been patiently waiting, but now the season for these items will soon be over. I request that my two products be shipped immediately without further delay. It’s frustrating to experience such poor communication and service. Please address this issue promptly and ensure that I, along with other customers, receive the orders we’ve been waiting for.
