Sugo App Logged Me Into Wrong Account After Reinstall, Balance Missing

I am using the Sugo application on my Xiaomi Redmi 14 5G. Since my overseas phone was broken, I had to uninstall the app. Today, when I reinstalled it, instead of logging me into my current active account, the app automatically opened my old account, which I do not want to use.
I specifically want to access my main account registered under the name Hasan Ü*. However, the app forces me into my older account, and the balance from my main account has not been transferred.
My registered email is k*@hotmail** and my phone number is still the same and up to date. I am currently using the app in İzmir.
I request immediate assistance to restore access to my correct account, ensure that my balance is properly transferred, and resolve this login conflict without further delay. A quick response from customer service is highly expected.
