Sugo App Login Error – “Device Abnormal, Cannot Be Registered” After Account Deletion
I previously deleted my Sugo account, but when I recently tried to reopen it, I encountered the error message: “Mevcut cihaz anormal kaydedilemiyor” (Device abnormal, cannot be registered).
For about one month, I have been trying repeatedly to log back in using the same phone number and email address, but the issue persists. I have already:
Reinstalled the app
Restarted my device
Tried with different internet connections
Ensured that I am on the latest version of the Sugo app
Despite all these attempts, the problem has not been resolved. I deleted my account directly through the app, and I have never made any payments or purchases. I am located in Şırnak, Turkey.
I request that my account be reactivated and that this technical issue be resolved so I can use the application again without restrictions.
