Sugo App Blocked My Account Without Reason – Android Login Issue (ID: 1082019037)
I have been using the Sugo application on my Android phone, but suddenly I can no longer log into my account. Even after reinstalling the app, the issue persists, and the screen only displays a warning that says: “Engellendiniz” (You have been blocked).
My account ID is 1082019037, and I was using the app in Ankara, Turkey. I have never made any payment or membership-related transaction within the app, so I am completely unaware of any reason why my account would be blocked.
I am requesting:
A clear explanation for why my account was suspended.
Immediate restoration of access to my account so I can continue using the app without interruption.
This is a frustrating experience, especially since I have not violated any rules, and I expect my issue to be resolved promptly.
