Subway Late and Rude Service Complaint

I ordered from Subway via Yemek Sepeti and ended up both disappointed and subjected to rude behavior. The order arrived two hours late and incomplete, and the food was cold. When I called the branch to express my dissatisfaction, a lady answered and rudely claimed they were busy and lacked delivery drivers, implying it was my fault for ordering during a busy time. I reminded her that it was their problem, not mine, but she almost accused me of being unreasonable for ordering during peak hours. When I asked her to be more careful with her words, she hung up on me. Despite my hopes of avoiding issues with the brand, I was not only let down but also treated rudely. I'm curious about the training your employees receive; do you encourage brushing off customers to avoid losing them? Do you suggest hanging up on customers who have valid complaints?
