My order from Subway through Trendyol GO was delivered incorrectly and with missing items. While placing the order, I specifically selected a sugar-free cola, but a regular sugary cola was sent instead. I also requested that olives and some additional ingredients be added to my sandwich, but those extra ingredients were not included.
In addition, even though I requested the food to be delivered hot, the order arrived completely cold.
Because of all these issues, I submitted two refund requests for order number 10900948681, but Trendyol rejected both requests. When I contacted live customer support, I was simply told that “there is nothing we can do,” and my issue was not resolved.
I request a refund for the incorrect and incomplete order, and that the inconvenience I experienced be properly investigated and addressed.
