On February 14, 2026, around 2:27 PM, I placed an order through Trendyol GO from Subway for a Steak & Cheese sandwich. My order number is #10964518406. However, the order was delivered in a completely unacceptable condition. The sandwich arrived half-sized and not prepared according to the ingredients I selected. In addition, the cola and dessert that were supposed to be included in the order were not delivered at all.
Not only were items missing, but the condition of the sandwich itself was also concerning from a hygiene perspective, which made me uncomfortable and unable to consume any of the products.
I reported the issue through Trendyol GO live support, but my request was rejected. Because of the hygiene concerns and the incomplete and incorrect delivery, I request a full refund for the order I paid for.
