In February 2026 at 7:33 PM, I placed an order through Trendyol GO from the Subway Ankara Gölbaşı Bahçelievler branch. My order number is 10985011307, and it was for a Subway Veggie Delight menu. When the order arrived, it was delivered with missing ingredients and sauces.
Unfortunately, this was not the first time I experienced this issue. I have encountered similar problems a total of seven times with the same branch and brand.
While I could tolerate the missing ingredients to some extent, the bread selection was the most critical part for me. I can only consume white or whole-wheat bread, but this order was delivered with the wrong bread. I believe it was parmesan bread, which I could not eat for health reasons, and I was forced to throw the sandwich away. This mistake caused both a health concern and a financial loss.
After the incident, I submitted six refund requests through Trendyol GO regarding this order and uploaded photos of the defective product through the system. Despite this, all my refund requests were rejected without any explanation. As a student, the $8 I paid is a meaningful amount for me, and it was essentially wasted. The photos proving the product defect are still available in the Trendyol GO system.
To resolve this recurring inconvenience, my primary request is a refund for the order. If a refund is not possible, I would at least like a coupon equal to the order value credited to my account.
In addition, to prevent similar problems in the future, I request that Trendyol GO review and warn the Subway Ankara Gölbaşı Bahçelievler branch about these repeated issues. I would also appreciate being contacted again at a time suitable for me, as I previously missed a call due to school hours.
