I received my order from the Subway Karşıyaka branch after waiting nearly two hours. When the courier arrived, he handed over the order as if nothing had happened and left without even apologizing, almost in a mocking manner.

In addition to the extremely long delivery time, the portion of fries was extremely small—only about a handful, and my order was also incorrect.

Because of these issues, I request that action be taken regarding this branch. I also realized that I had previously experienced food poisoning after ordering from this same location, which makes this situation even more concerning.
