• Explain:
– You received the wrong item
– It was an online order
• Provide:
– Order number
– Date & time
– Photos of the incorrect sandwich
– Screenshot of order confirmation
Ask for a resolution;
• Request:
– Replacement sandwich OR
– Refund for the incorrect item
If ordered via delivery platform;
• Open the delivery app (Uber Eats / DoorDash / etc.)
• Go to → Help / Report an issue
• Select:
– Wrong item received
• Upload photos and request refund or redelivery
Keep records;
• Save screenshots of:
– Complaint submission
– Chat conversations
– Refund confirmation
If the store ignores you or refuses to fix it;
