Subaru XV Sold with Faulty AC Despite Clear Inspection Report

In late June, I purchased a Subaru XV, trusting the provided inspection report that stated the air conditioning was in working condition. However, the vehicle was sold to me with a broken AC system. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue with Subaru, no resolution has been provided.
We had no choice but to endure an entire summer without a functioning AC, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. To add insult to injury, I was told, "You should have checked it before purchase," and comments were made about the passage of time since the sale. This dismissive attitude is highly disappointing and unprofessional.
I trusted Subaru as a reputable brand, but this experience has completely eroded that trust. Selling a vehicle with such a critical defect and refusing to take responsibility does not align with the standards I expected from this company. I demand that Subaru take immediate action to repair the AC at no cost and restore my faith in their service. Without this, I will never consider purchasing from Subaru again.
