Unable to Get Refund for Unintended Membership Purchase via Stripe.com

I accidentally purchased a membership on a site that uses Stripe.com as its payment gateway. I have emailed the site owner multiple times requesting a refund, but I haven’t received any response. There’s no information on the site regarding refund policies, leaving me with no clear way to resolve this issue.
I want the charge refunded to my card immediately. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored after repeated attempts to contact the site owner. Stripe.com should ensure that vendors using their platform provide proper support and refund options. I need this issue resolved promptly, as the lack of communication is unacceptable.
