I Accidentally Subscribed to Getcontact Premium and Still Haven’t Received a Refund

Hello, I accidentally subscribed to Getcontact Premium, and the moment I realized the mistake, I immediately canceled it. Despite canceling right away, the payment was still processed, and I never received a refund.

I also reached out via my email address (s********@gmail.com) to request help and submitted a refund request, but no one has responded. It's extremely frustrating to be ignored after following all the steps to correct a simple mistake.

I expect a full refund of the amount that was charged, especially since the Premium service was never used. Please review this issue urgently and ensure that unauthorized or accidental charges are properly addressed. Waiting for a response and resolution.
