I Face Delivery Delay and Extra Fee Issue on Stradivarius Order
On June 26, 2025, I purchased 5 items from Stradivarius and was unexpectedly charged an additional 59.95₺ for next-day delivery, despite not selecting this option during checkout. If this charge was applied, I expect the delivery to be completed on time. However, not only was my order not delivered the next day, but as of today—the 8th day—it still shows as “in transit.”
I contacted your live chat and WhatsApp support multiple times, but only received automated replies from an AI assistant claiming I would be connected to a representative. Unfortunately, no real support was ever provided. There is no other way to reach a responsible person, which is unacceptable for a global brand like Stradivarius.
This delay has caused both financial and emotional frustration, and I now demand either immediate delivery of my order or a full refund of the product and shipping fee.
