I placed an order on November 27, 2023, and it's been two weeks with no sign of shipment. When inquiring about the delay, they promptly ask for the order number and assure shipment without thoroughly investigating. This is my first order, and I never anticipated such a problem, especially for a bot that cost me a hefty 1900. The frustration grows as they keep postponing the delivery date, now claiming it will arrive on December 20. Is this a reasonable timeline? It's disheartening to pay a significant amount and experience such inefficiency. They need to acknowledge the validity of our frustration.
