Mango Delays Delivery, Customer Service Is Unhelpful
My order with the number dsnqbq, made on November 12, has not been delivered yet. Despite my attempts to contact and get information over the phone for the past 2 days, there has been no response. The customer support says they are waiting for notification from the delivery service, but I cannot obtain information on how long this wait will continue over the past month. Additionally, the order with the number dswepw, placed on November 17 and returned within 2 days, has not been accepted for a refund, and I was told that it has not reached them. When I provided shipping information, they were able to locate the item and said the refund would be processed within 12 business days. Unfortunately, this seems to be a systemic issue, and such a situation raises distrust among customers. I want to emphasize that I have never encountered such a problem with any brand in their class. I will continue to monitor the situation.
