On 11/03/2024, I got an email saying my order was on its way, but it's been almost a month and I still haven't received any updates or the products. Despite repeated promises from customer service that the shipment would be prioritized, there has been no progress made in the past 23 days. I'm curious about the status of my order and why it hasn't been shipped yet. Please expedite the shipment of my order and resolve my issue promptly to avoid cancellation and request a refund.
