Mango Ballet Flats Peel and Scratch Before First Use
On January 20, I purchased a product named “gold leather ballet flats with tie detail” from Mango’s official store on Trendyol. Due to weather conditions, I kept the product in its box for a long time without using it. Today, when I took it out to wear for the first time, I noticed that the upper part of the flats started peeling off even before I put them on my feet. Despite this, I tried wearing them once, and they immediately developed scratches.
I am very disappointed that a product purchased from a well-known and trusted brand like Mango could deteriorate this quickly without even being used. I believe the product is defective, and I request either a replacement or a full refund for my “gold leather ballet flats with tie detail.”
I kindly ask that the necessary inspection be carried out and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
