Stickerly Free Trial Offer Resulted in an Unexpected Charge

Today, I started a subscription on the Sticker.ly application through my iPhone after seeing the statement “first 7 days free trial” inside the app. The application clearly stated that no payment would be charged if the subscription was canceled during the trial period. Trusting this information, I approved the subscription and then canceled it immediately afterward. Despite this, I noticed that approximately $7 was charged to my mobile line at the exact same moment, and there is not even a receipt visible in the system for this purchase.
I completed this transaction based on the application’s clear statement that the first 7 days were free and that canceling within the trial period would prevent any charges. Because of that, I believe the charge is misleading and unfair, and it has caused me financial frustration and disappointment.
I request a full refund of the approximately $7 charged through the Sticker.ly application because the billing process did not comply with the conditions clearly stated inside the app. I also expect the company to correct these misleading subscription practices so that other users do not experience the same issue.
