Apple Rejected My Stickerly Refund Requests Despite Unauthorized Billing
On 04/11/2026 at 6:19 PM, when I opened the Sticker.ly iOS application, a flash offer appeared on my screen. The offer clearly stated: “7-day free trial, and if you do not cancel, the 6-month subscription fee will be approximately $7.” However, instead of providing the promised free trial period, the full 6-month fee was charged directly from my mobile payment balance immediately. Despite the payment being processed, the Plus membership was never activated on my account. The transaction receipt and payment details show the reference number MNMT1VSZH1.
After realizing the issue, I submitted multiple refund requests through Apple, but every request was rejected without any meaningful solution. I also contacted the application developer by email, and the response I received was extremely disrespectful and shocking. The message essentially implied, “No membership, no refund, complain wherever you want,” which was completely unacceptable from a customer service perspective.
I made this payment through mobile billing, and throughout the entire process, nobody provided any real assistance. I have contacted nearly every possible support channel without success. Since the promised 7-day free trial was never provided and the Plus membership was not activated despite the payment being taken, I demand an immediate refund of the approximately $7 charge. I also request that this membership be fully canceled so that I no longer have any connection or billing relationship with this application.
