Picsart advertised a 7-day free trial, so I decided to try it out. However, I no longer use the app and was shocked to see that ₺500 was charged to my card without my intention to subscribe. I filed a complaint with Apple, but they informed me that they couldn’t process a refund.
This is unacceptable, especially for a trial that was supposed to be free. The amount charged is significant, and I am requesting Picsart to refund my money immediately.
