After downloading the FaceApp application, I believed there was a 7-day free trial and did not actively use the app or knowingly approve any subscription. Despite this, on February 14, 2026, a one-year subscription was activated on my account, and approximately $31 was charged to my bill.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription and submitted a refund request both through the app and via email. My FaceApp account and the Apple account used for billing are registered under b*********@icloud.com. I also sent my refund request from a**********@gmail.com.
I do not accept being charged for a one-year subscription without clear consent and before the trial period had ended. I request that this unauthorized subscription be fully canceled and that the approximately $31 charged to my account be refunded as soon as possible.
