PicsArt Charged Me $23 for a Premium Subscription After I Canceled the Free Trial
I used the free trial offered in the PicsArt app and canceled my subscription through the App Store before the trial period ended. Despite this, a one-year Premium subscription was automatically activated without my consent, and on January 2, 2026, a charge of $23 was added to my mobile phone bill.
I do not find it acceptable to be charged in this way even though I completed the cancellation during the free trial period. So far, I have not had any direct communication with either Apple Support or PicsArt customer service regarding this issue.
I request that the $23 charge, which I believe was unfairly collected, be refunded to me, and that I receive a written explanation explaining how and why this charge occurred. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
