I recently encountered a frustrating problem with Steam. I had bought a game only to discover later that it was refundable, so I attempted to return it and get my money back. Unfortunately, rather than refunding the money, they simply returned the game with no explanation. It's especially aggravating because the game only cost 25 TL, and I'm still waiting for a refund! To be honest, this isn't ideal because I'm an earthquake victim who has already been through a lot in life; all I want is for this mishap to be resolved as soon as possible. Hopefully, Steam will come around soon and give me what is rightfully mine; if not, I guess there's really nothing else I can do but wait or take further action if necessary.
