Stayforlong Took My Payment but Didn’t Confirm My Hotel—No Support Available

I booked a hotel through Stayforlong, yet my reservation has been pending for over a day, leaving me stranded. Despite the payment being deducted from my credit card, I have not received any confirmation and therefore cannot check into the hotel.

I trusted Stayforlong because I was redirected from Trivago, assuming it was a reliable platform. However, I am now unable to reach customer support or find any solution to this issue.

This is completely unacceptable! If my booking is not confirmed immediately, I demand a full refund. I expect Stayforlong to take responsibility and resolve this situation at once. I will escalate this further if I do not receive a response.
