Stayforlong Refused to Change My Booking & Kept My Payment

I booked a hotel through Stayforlong, but when I needed to change my reservation dates, I couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. There was no customer support available, and I was left without any way to modify my booking.

As a result, my payment was lost, and I received no refund or alternative solution. A company that fails to provide basic customer service should not be allowed to operate. It is unacceptable to take customers’ money and then disappear when an issue arises.

I demand that Stayforlong refund my payment or allow me to modify my booking as requested. I strongly warn others not to trust this platform—they offer no real support once they take your money!
