I Booked a Hotel via Stayforlong but the Hotel Has No Record of My Reservation

I made a hotel reservation through Stayforlong and received a confirmation with a reservation number. However, when I contacted the hotel directly to confirm our booking, they told me there is no such reservation in their system. This is extremely concerning as we are scheduled to fly to Egypt in just five days—with children traveling with us—and we do not want to arrive and be left stranded without accommodation.
What’s worse is that the booking is non-refundable, so we can’t even cancel it and make a new reservation. We reached out to Stayforlong multiple times, and all they keep saying is that they have “contacted their supplier.” But it’s been days with no proper update or solution.
We are now stuck in limbo and feeling completely helpless. This level of irresponsibility and lack of support is unacceptable. I demand that Stayforlong immediately confirm our booking with the hotel or issue a full refund so we can find alternative accommodation. We cannot afford to be in a foreign country with children and no place to stay. This needs to be resolved now.
