StarPets Nickname Issue - Give Me My Money Back Please
I recently made a purchase today on the StarPets marketplace, but I noticed that my username does not appear when I search for it. The nickname I want to use and see on the marketplace is “Doglover56***”, however it is not showing up, which prevents me from proceeding properly with the item I was trying to buy. I contacted StarPets support and received an automated response suggesting that I clear my cache, but this did not solve the problem and my username is still not visible in the search. I kindly request that you add or activate the nickname on the Startpets marketplace so that I can complete the purchase of the item I was trying to get without any further issues.
