Starpets Purchase Completed But Pets Not Added To Account

I made a purchase of pets on the Starpets website today at around 5:00 pm, spending a total of $15.82. Although the payment was completed and I have the purchase receipt, when I log into my account on the Starpets website, it shows that I did not purchase anything and the pets are not reflected on my account. My Starpets username is “Lulu i.”. After noticing this problem, I contacted Starpets customer support through their website, but I have not received any response so far. This is very concerning and frustrating for me, especially since I spent my money and have proof of purchase. I kindly request that the pets I purchased be immediately added and activated on my Starpets account. If necessary, I am ready to share my receipt and any transaction details so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
