StarPets Seller Is Not Accepting My Friend Request
I purchased a pet on Starpets under the username “Chocbiscui***” with the order ID 45849093 on 26 February 2026. After completing the purchase, I attempted to withdraw the pet, but when I tried to add the seller as a friend, the seller did not accept my friend request. As of now, the request is still pending and I am unable to receive the pet I paid for. I contacted Starpets support about this issue and waited a long time, but I did not receive any helpful response or resolution to my case. This situation is very frustrating, as the payment has been made, yet I have neither the pet nor a clear update. I request that Starpets either forces the trade through so that I can receive the pet I purchased, replaces the seller with one who will complete the trade properly, or issues an immediate refund for this order. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly.
