My Card Keeps Declining When Adding Money To Starpets!
I have been using Starpets in Memphis, Tennessee, and depositing money without issues until July 4 last year, when I last successfully spent 13 dollars on the platform. Since then, I have not been able to deposit any money from my card into Starpets. Every time I try to make a deposit, the transaction is declined, even though there is money on my card and my card is current and up to date. On April 9, 2026, I again attempted to deposit money, and the same problem continued. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed there is nothing wrong on their side. I also tried to reach Starpets customer support, but I have not received any response. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, that my account be checked, and that my ability to deposit money be restored so I can use the service again. I also expect a clear explanation of why my transactions have been declined for so long and a written confirmation once the problem is resolved.
