StarPets Payment Transaction Blocked
I am writing to report a recurring payment problem I have been experiencing on the Starpets mobile website. Every time I attempt to complete a purchase, I receive an error message stating that the system has blocked the purchase. I have tried more than three times, and all payment attempts have failed, so I have not been able to place my order at all. Although no money has been taken from my account, the system is blocking my purchases, preventing me from using your service. I also could not find any suitable option to complain or file a ticket specifically for this issue, so I am sharing the problem here instead. I kindly request that you investigate and fix this payment block on my account and resolve the underlying issue on your system, as it appears that many people seem to experience this on a continuous basis. I would like to be able to complete my purchases normally on the Starpets mobile website and receive a clear explanation of what went wrong and how it has been resolved.
