I Face Missing Neon Fly Ride Turtle After Paying $21 on Star Pets Website

I paid $21 on the Star Pets website to purchase a Neon Fly Ride Turtle pet for my game. During checkout, a countdown timer appeared, but the delivery bot never joined the game, and the pet disappeared completely after the process ended.
Since then, I’ve tried to contact Star Pets support multiple times, but it’s been almost a year with no response at all. I’ve been left with neither the pet I paid for nor any customer service to help resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I don’t have an order or transaction number to provide, which has made it even harder to get help.
I’m asking Star Pets to investigate this issue, deliver the missing Neon Fly Ride Turtle, or refund the $21 I paid. This situation is unacceptable, especially for a platform that sells in-game items and claims to provide secure transactions. Customers deserve proper support when their purchases go missing.
