StarPets Website Error Deleted My Purchase History And Took Money

I placed an order on StarPets and wasted €3 for nothing. Right after I bought the pets, I was notified that there were issues with the website, and now all my account and purchase history have completely disappeared. This is frustrating for both me and my girlfriend, who is facing the same issue right now. I really thought I could trust StarPets, but clearly I can’t — it didn’t even let me log in, showing a message saying “website errors, please come back later,” which felt completely fake, but by then it was already too late.
