To fix this, first make sure that your payment went through and that you have any confirmations or records for the transaction. This paperwork is very important for fixing the problem.
Next, contact StarPets GG's customer service to let them know the move didn't go through.
They have live chat option at https://starpets.gg/help/faq
Give them a lot of information, like your account information, the transaction ID, and anything else that is important.
If you don't get a good answer from StarPets GG, you might want to file a complaint on Xolvie to connect with others and find support.
