StarMaker Won’t Let Me Send Messages Anywhere in the App

I have been unable to send messages in StarMaker since I started using the application. Whenever I try to send a message through private messages, room chats, or any other messaging feature within the app, my messages fail to send and only an exclamation mark appears on the screen.
Because of this issue, I am unable to communicate with other users or fully use the platform’s social features. The problem affects all messaging areas of the application and has been ongoing since I began using my account.
I have also been unable to contact the support team through the application or any other available channel. As a result, I do not know whether there is a restriction, suspension, or technical issue associated with my account, nor have I been provided with any explanation regarding the reason for this problem.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that any messaging restriction or block on my account be removed, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the reason this limitation was applied. Most importantly, I ask that this issue be permanently resolved as soon as possible so that I can use all messaging features of the application without interruption.
