StarMaker Restricted My Account After Malicious Complaint

My StarMaker account named “Star_lidişkam🩷,” which I have actively used for a long time, was unfairly placed into child mode today after a malicious and false complaint made by another user. Immediately after this action, I lost normal access to my account and many of its features. My account was marked as if I were underage, and I was prevented from using it as an adult account.

Since the day I created my profile, I have only used my account for entertainment and social interaction while fully following the platform rules. I have never hidden my age, provided false information, or violated any community guidelines. Despite this, because of a completely bad-faith complaint from someone who personally disliked me, my account was suddenly moved into child mode. I believe this action is both unfair and damaging to my reputation on the platform.

As soon as this issue occurred, I contacted the StarMaker support team by email and requested a detailed review of my account, but so far I have not received any response. Being treated as though I violated rules when no violation exists has seriously affected me as a normal and active user of the application. Being unable to join broadcasts, losing access to important platform features, and having my account incorrectly categorized has negatively impacted both my morale and my ability to use the platform properly.

My request to StarMaker is for my account to be reviewed again as soon as possible, for my age information to be evaluated correctly, and for my account named “Star_lidişkam🩷” to be restored to adult mode. If necessary, I am fully prepared to provide identification documents or any other official documents requested for age verification. I kindly ask for this unfair situation to be corrected urgently, for all features and access rights on my account to be fully restored, and for the inconvenience I experienced during this process to be taken seriously.
