StarMaker Needs to Review My Unfair 95-Year Suspension

My StarMaker account, which I have actively used for approximately 6 years and where I built around 50K familiarity, was suddenly banned on April 22. My profile information on the application is ID number 62139811019 and the username “cpt betüş.”
While joking privately through direct messages with a very close friend of mine, my friend insulted me as part of a joke, and I responded in the same joking manner. One of these messages was then reported through the system 5–6 times, which resulted in my account receiving a 95-year ban. I can no longer use my account in any way, log into the platform, top up my balance, or purchase coins. The familiarity level I built over many years and the friendships I formed there are extremely valuable to me, and I cannot accept receiving such a severe and long-term punishment over this situation.
Due to health issues and personal responsibilities, I have not yet been able to contact the support team directly, but I am still in communication with my friends on the platform and I am worried that my familiarity level will decrease if my account remains closed. I especially want to emphasize that this punishment resulted entirely from mutual joking and false or excessive reporting, and that I never had any malicious intent to harass, insult, or abuse anyone.
My request from StarMaker is for the 95-year ban placed on my account with ID 62139811019 and username “cpt betüş” to be reviewed again, completely removed, and for my account to be fully restored with all of its rights and access. I do not want the years of effort and familiarity I built on the platform to go to waste, and I want to be able to actively use the platform again as soon as possible.
