Remove The False Mute - StarMaker

I have been using my Starmaker account from India since 18 March 2018 with the ID 13328404*** and I have always followed the platform guidelines without any issues or previous penalties. Yesterday, my account suddenly received consecutive punishments on the same day: first a 3‑day ban, then about one hour later this was increased to a 1‑month ban, and then again it was changed to a ban until the year 2106. The stated reason given to me was “harass and abuse,” but I am completely innocent in this matter. In reality, I was the one who was harassed first. The other person abused me and then falsely accused me of taking money, which is completely untrue. Despite this, my account is the one that has been punished. I have proof that he abused me first and that the accusations made against me are false. I contacted Starmaker support and submitted an appeal, but the response I received was that my appeal had failed, without properly addressing the fact that I was the victim in this situation. I feel this is an unfair and incorrect decision against a user who has had a clean record since 2018 and has always respected Starmaker’s rules. I kindly but firmly request that you urgently review my case in detail, check the chat and activity logs, and completely remove the mute, voice ban, and message restriction from my account so that I can use my account normally again. I also ask that you take appropriate action against the real harasser who abused and falsely accused me.
