Starmaker Lite Live Streaming and Friends Features Not Loading — Need Account Fix

I am a user of the Starmaker Lite application and I have been experiencing problems with the Live and Friends features. When I want to use Live or interact with my friends, the features do not work properly and I cannot use them as expected. Because of this issue, I am unable to start live streams, join or visit friends, and use the social parts of the application in a normal way. This situation is affecting my enjoyment and use of the app. I kindly request that my account and the Live and Friends features be checked in detail and that access to these functions be restored so that I can use them smoothly again.
